6月21日，中国科学院半导体研究所所长李晋闽向美国Auburn大学的Richard C.Jaeger教授颁发了该所荣誉教授证书。随后，Richard C.Jaeger为该所的科技人员作了题为An Overview of the IEEE Solid State Circuits Society和Piezoresistive Stress Sensors and Their Application to Electronic Packaging的学术报告。
